Stage 1

Video Exchange 📽️

👋 Our Product Marketing Manager, Kristen, has recorded a quick intro and put together a few questions to help kick things off.

Your CV and portfolio are a great starting point, but we'd love to get to know the person behind the work, too. ✨ This is your chance to share a bit more about yourself, how you think, and what makes you, you.

Whether your CV follows a traditional path or not, don't stress, we're much more interested in getting a feel for your ideas, personality, and approach. Have fun with it, show us your stuff, and let your creativity shine. 🚀
Stage 2

Talent Discovery Call ✨

Here you will meet Max in Talent.

This is your chance to ask loads of questions you have about the role and Zinc. During this meeting, the focus will be on exploring how well the role aligns with your goals and needs. They’ll also delve deeper into your aspirations to determine if this opportunity is the right fit for you. 🌷

They will then support and guide you through every step of your interview journey with us at Zinc. ⚡️ 
Stage 3

Google Meets Interview 💻

This is a 30 minute video interview⚡️

They will seek to gain a deeper understanding of your expertise and experience as it relates to the key aspects outlined in the job description. 

This is an amazing opportunity to gain loads of intel, find out about them, their experience and all the nitty gritty of the role, so come prepared with lots of questions! 📚
Stage 4

Final In-Person Interview 🧍‍♀️🧍‍♂️

This is the final stage where you'll meet our interview panel.
