Google Meets Interview 💻
This is a 30 minute video interview is with our VP, Revenue, Patrick & Revenue Operations Analyst, Jaredd⚡️
They will seek to gain a deeper understanding of your expertise and experience as it relates to the key aspects outlined in the job description.

This is the final stage where you'll meet Tom, VP Customer, Sam, Chief of Staff & Anish, Finance Director.
The final interview is designed to be a fun and collaborative experience. We want you to feel comfortable as you tackle a real-world task that reflects the challenges you'll face in the role. It’s not just about testing your skills it’s about getting to know how you approach problems, prioritise tasks, and collaborate with others. At the same time, it’s a great opportunity for you to get a better sense of our team dynamic and how we work together. ✨

We’ll kick off with introductions and a quick overview of the interview process, the role, and our company culture.

35 minutes: Task Presentation
You’ll be given a practical scenario to work through. You’ll have 15 minutes to prepare, followed by 20 minutes to present your approach. The task will assess your ability to prioritize challenges, drive operational change, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
20 minutes: Culture Fit & Leadership Questions
We’ll dive into questions about your leadership style, how you approach coaching, and how you work with teams to implement change. We’re interested in your emotional intelligence and how you align with our company’s values.
10 minutes: Your Questions
You’ll have time to ask any questions you have about the role, the team, or next steps in the process.
