Here you will have a phone call with one of our lovely Talent team members, Lauren or Bel.
This is your chance to ask loads of questions you have about the role and Zinc. During this meeting, the focus will be on exploring how well the role aligns with your goals and needs. They’ll also delve deeper into your aspirations to determine if this opportunity is the right fit for you. 🌷
They will then support and guide you through every step of your interview journey with us at Zinc. ⚡️

They will seek to gain a deeper understanding of your expertise and experience as it relates to the key aspects outlined in the job description. The team will look to understand your reflections on previous experiences and gain a picture of your performance in past roles.

Final In-Person Interview 🧍♀️🧍♂️
This is the final stage where you'll meet Sales Lead, Frances, VP Revenue, Patrick & one of our lovely Account Executives.

⚡️ The layout will be as follows:
📽️ Presentation (30 minutes): You'll deliver a structured presentation covering prospecting (the talent team will share more info with you regarding this during your interview process). This is your chance to showcase your expertise, approach, and strategic thinking.
🗣️ Interview (45 minutes): A deep dive into your experience, approach to sales, and how you handle complex deals. Expect questions on deal execution, negotiation, multithreading, and aligning sales strategy with business goals.
💻 Peer Interview (15 minutes): A conversation with a peer to assess team fit, collaboration style, and how you work cross-functionally.
