Stage 2

Talent Discovery Call ✨

Here you will meet one of our lovely Talent team members, Lauren or Bel.Β 

This is your chance to ask loads of questions you have about the role and Zinc. During this meeting, the focus will be on exploring how well the role aligns with your goals and needs. They’ll also delve deeper into your aspirations to determine if this opportunity is the right fit for you. 🌷

They will then support and guide you through every step of your interview journey with us at Zinc. ⚑️ 
Stage 3

Google Meets Interview πŸ’»

This is a 35 minute video interview is with Conrad, Head of Customer Success, and Oliver, Account Management Team Lead ⚑️

They will seek to gain a deeper understanding of your expertise and experience as it relates to the key aspects outlined in the job description.

βœ… Your experience with automation – particularly in streamlining processes, working with APIs, and using tools like Zendesk, HubSpot, and Zapier.
βœ… Problem-solving approach
βœ… Collaboration & communication – how you work with different teams and explain automation benefits to non-technical stakeholders.
