Share your portfolio with us via a link (password protected is absolutely fine). We’ll be looking at the work you’re most proud of, particularly how you’ve built brands, created design systems and brought creative ideas to life at scale. ⭐️

Talent Discovery Call ✨
Here you will meet Bel, of the talent team. ✨
This is your chance to ask loads of questions you have about the role and Zinc. During this meeting, the focus will be on exploring how well the role aligns with your goals and needs. They’ll also delve deeper into your aspirations to determine if this opportunity is the right fit for you. 🌷
We’ll chat about your experience creating brand design systems that work at scale, how you’ve approached rebrands or brand rollouts and got people bought into them, and your experience managing and supporting designers or creative teams.

They will seek to gain a deeper understanding of your expertise and experience as it relates to the key aspects outlined in the job description.
Becky and Rachel, two members of the Zinc Marketing team for a deeper dive into your experience, creative approach and how you like to work. There’ll be plenty of time for you to ask questions and get a feel for the team and the role too.
This is an amazing opportunity to gain loads of intel, find out about them, their experience and all the nitty gritty of the role, so come prepared with lots of questions! 📚

Collaborative MidTask 🧩
🎨 A short, collaborative session with Jenny and Ren, our web and creative designers. You’ll work through a creative challenge together, giving you a chance to show us how you think, solve problems and collaborate, while also getting to know the people you’d be working with day to day.
Jenny and Ren will be the direct reports for the Senior Brand & Creative Lead, so this stage is all about collaboration and coaching. 👬

Final In-Person Interview 🧍♀️🧍♂️
👔🏙️ The final stage takes place at our Old Street office with three members of the team. You’ll work through a short task designed to give us a sense of how you approach creative problems, make decisions and bring ideas to life. It’s also your chance to meet more of the team, ask all your questions and get a feel for Zinc in person.🕺
